Ms. Michelle Foster
About Me
Hello, my name is Ms. Foster. I have been at MHS since September of 2019, but began my career teaching science in 1997. I am passionate about teaching and about empowering students. I love to watch the light bulbs come on when students start to understand the concepts and how the different pieces fit together.
I was born and raised in Port Huron, Michigan. I started college in Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) as a pre-med student. I chose to switch to education and transferred to Eastern Michigan University. I have a bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in General Science from EMU and a master's degree in Educational Psychology also from EMU.
In my free time, I enjoy photography, travel, nature, home improvement projects, reading, music, spending time with family and friends and my animals.
