FINAL ASSIGNEMENT- CREATE A 1 WEEK WORKOUT ROUTINE/SCHEDULE THAT TRAINS ALL OF THE MAJOR MUSCLE GROUPS.
-Design a 1 week lifting schedule that would suit YOU and your lifting needs and goals.
-All major muscles must be trained during the week.
-The schedule must include: The name of muscle being trained, The name of the lift, The number of Sets, The number of Reps.
Example for one lift: Pectorals (chest), Bench Press, 3 x 10
-You can move around and set up the spread sheet however you want. Make sure it makes sense and that I can read everything in proper order. That means you might have resize font sizes and spreadsheet cells.
