Four exceptional students from Melvindale High School have made their mark on the scientific community by winning 1st Place at the Midwest Regional Student Research Symposium.

Melvindale High School students, in collaboration with the Friends of the Rouge and the school's Science Club, demonstrated their commitment to environmental conservation and community engagement through a transformative initiative - the Melvindale High School Ecorse Creek Clean-Up Event, held on May 11, 2024.

The Melvindale-Northern Allen Park Public School District will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. for the purpose of discussing the Labor Day waiver application. The meeting will take place at the Board of Education, 18530 Prospect Street, Melvindale, MI 48122.

The MelNAP School Board of Education will be hosting its Regular Board Meeting on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. hosted in the Strong Middle School Auditorium. Please see the attached agenda for more information.

MelNAP is accepting School of Choice (SOC) applications from 7/15/24 through 8/13/24 for a limited number of seats in Grades K-11 for Semester I of the 2024/2025 School Year.
