To better serve our Families, ParentConnection received a security update on Monday October 3rd 2022. The first time that you log into ParentConnection on or after Monday October 3rd 2022, you will be required to set a new password.
MelNAP School employees will no longer have access to see or retrieve your ParentConnection password. You will be able to change your password from a link on the Parent Connection Login Page. The ParentConnection Login Page will have a link for you to change your password and retrieve your PIN (ID/User ID).
Current valid email address must be on file with your school for parent connection function correctly. If you are unable to change your password, you may need to update your contact information. To update your information, please contact your Schools Main Office.
