After watching the TED-ED Video and reading the article "Factors that affect your self-confidence," please complete the following discussion.

In the TED-ED video, the narrator states that one of the factors that impact our confidence is "how you're treated...this includes the social pressures of your environment." Moreover, in the article, the author discusses several factors that affect our self-confidence.

Question: In your own words, explain how our environment can impact our confidence? Be specific and give at least two examples from the article by using your own words.

In your discussion post, you should:
1. Answer the question by writing at least four complete sentences. (10pts)
2. Your answer has to include at least two examples from the article in your own words. (5pts)
3. Respond to another students' post by adding more information. (5pts)
